1. Agreement and service operator
These Terms form an agreement between you and HideGPT, the operator of HideGPT. By accessing or using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use HideGPT for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials and access tokens secure, and promptly tell us about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys to the extent permitted by law.
The free guest rewrite is limited to one use per visitor. You may not reset identifiers, automate browsers, create duplicate accounts or use another method to evade this limit.
3. What HideGPT provides
HideGPT rewrites text using automated language models and user-selected controls. Features may include a guest rewrite, account history, web workspace, REST API, Telegram Bot and Telegram Mini App.
We may improve, add, remove or limit features and models. We aim for reliable availability but do not promise uninterrupted operation or permanent access to a specific provider, model or feature.
HideGPT does not guarantee that output will be classified as human-written by any detector. Detectors change, can disagree and may produce false results.
4. Your content and generated output
You retain rights you already have in the text and other material you submit. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use the generated output for your lawful purposes.
You grant HideGPT a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit and process your content only as needed to provide, secure, support and maintain the service, comply with law and enforce these Terms. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for limited backups, legal records and previously necessary processing.
You confirm that you have all rights, notices, consents and lawful bases needed to submit the content and instruct us to process it. You are responsible for reviewing output for accuracy, plagiarism, citations, confidentiality and suitability before using or publishing it.
5. Acceptable use
You must use HideGPT lawfully and responsibly. You may not use the service to:
- Break the law, violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity or contractual rights, or process personal data without authority.
- Commit fraud, impersonation, phishing, spam, harassment, exploitation or other harmful deception.
- Misrepresent authorship where disclosure is required by an employer, publisher, school, platform, regulator or professional rule.
- Facilitate academic misconduct, falsify research, fabricate citations or evade a required integrity review.
- Generate or distribute malware, credentials, illegal sexual content, extremist support or instructions intended to cause serious harm.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, bypass security, rate limits, credits or the guest-use restriction, or resell access without written permission.
- Use output as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, credit or other high-impact decisions.
6. API and Telegram products
API use is subject to documented limits, credential security and any plan-specific terms. Keep API keys secret, do not embed them in public client code and rotate compromised keys. We may throttle or suspend abusive or unsafe traffic.
Telegram products also depend on Telegram platform availability and rules. Telegram may process account and interaction data independently under its own terms. Purchases made with Telegram Stars may also be subject to Telegram refund and platform rules.
7. Credits, prices and refunds
Current prices, included credits, taxes, currency and payment method are shown before purchase. Paid credits are a limited right to use eligible HideGPT features. They are not money, are not transferable and have no cash value except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Payments may be processed by Stripe or Telegram. Their terms also apply to the payment flow. You authorize the displayed charge and must provide accurate billing information.
Except where the checkout offer states otherwise or mandatory consumer law gives you a right to cancel or receive a refund, completed purchases of digital credits are final once credits are delivered or used. Contact us promptly about duplicate, unauthorized or technically failed charges.
8. HideGPT intellectual property
The service, software, interface, brand, logos, documentation and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to the operator and protected by law. These Terms give you only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service as intended. They do not transfer HideGPT trademarks, source code or other intellectual property.
If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
9. Third-party services
HideGPT relies on services such as AI model providers, OpenRouter, Stripe, Telegram, hosting and analytics providers. Their availability and separate terms may affect parts of the service. We are not responsible for third-party products outside our control, but this does not limit rights that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using HideGPT and delete your account at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users or infrastructure, comply with law, address non-payment or enforce these Terms. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and a chance to appeal.
Terms that by their nature should survive termination remain effective, including provisions on ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability and disputes.
11. AI output and service disclaimers
HideGPT is provided on an as-available basis. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, non-unique or unsuitable. It may alter a fact, name, number, quotation or formatting even when preservation is requested. You must review the result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability and any promise that a detector, platform, institution or reviewer will accept the output.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, or decisions made from generated output.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to HideGPT in the 12 months before the event or USD 100. This limit does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or another liability that law does not allow us to limit.
13. Applicable law and disputes
Applicable law and forum are determined by the operator’s place of establishment and mandatory conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes mandatory protections or access to the courts available in your country.
Before filing a claim, please email info@hidegpt.app and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. This does not restrict urgent relief or a statutory filing deadline.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect product, provider or legal changes. We will post the updated date and give additional notice when required. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance only where applicable law allows it.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@hidegpt.app. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver.
